HOW DO I CHECK MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD BALANCE?
If a Digital Gift Card is associated with your customer account, then you can check the balance
by using the link provided in the Digital Gift Card email.
For customers without accounts, you must contact our customer service.
CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
Our gift cards are non-refundable.
If you'd like to return a purchase made with a gift card, the funds will be credited back to your account.
Also Digital Gift Card cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
WHAT IF I DON'T USE UP MY WHOLE DIGITAL GIFT CARD?
The unused portion of your Digital Gift Card automatically remains in your account
and can be used for any future purchase via our site.
WHEN WILL MY DIGITAL GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
In 12 months!
